I can't recommend this place enough! I purchased a used vehicle about a month ago and it suddenly stopped working. They were the only place around that was willing to take a look at my car same-day and quickly helped me figure out what was going on. Matthew also helped me contact the dealership I had just purchased the car from when they were giving me trouble and denying my claim. It's clear that the people at WNY One Stop Automotive truly care about their customers and want to help them find the best solution. I'll be coming back in the future knowing how much they care about their customers. They've definitely earned a customer for life!

Chris was great with the intake runner actuator repair. The shop had a small business feel where the service was direct, honest, and easy to trust. The details were handled clearly, and the process stayed simple without any unnecessary runaround. I appreciated the professional communication and the way everything was taken care of with care from start to finish.

Charged me for a quote Appreciate the response below but none of that was explained to me ahead of time and no you did not reduce the price after discussing with me. You also did not disclose there would be a cost or how much before diagnosing the issue. I already knew the AC did not work.. hence why I brought it to you. The charge was about $185… not like it was $20 or some small amount.

I absolutely love WNY One Stop on Brighton. They’ve done work on 3 of my cars now, both of my kids and mine. The service is exceptional and the work is outstanding. They’re honest, respectful and professional. They’ve done everything from fixing suspensions to electric, oil changes, mounting new tires and so much more. I highly recommend this shop!!

My first visit came in a last-minute need for an inspection before my daughter used the car for a weekend trip for a college event. WNY One Stop accommodated me, discovered an issue created by another automotive service business, and had me on my way in time to get the vehicle to my daughter. In one visit, I'm a new fan and will return again.
